Happy New Year!

Got my pork on slow cooking.....


seasoned with hot pepper, salt, black pepper, onion and about a cup of ham juice and fat I saved from the last ham we cooked. When it's about halfway done, I'll put in a sack of blackeyed peas and fill it with water.
Gonna have greens and cornbread with it to finish out the meal. Whew! gonna be a long time til supper!
